Nici's experience in office management and leadership spans over 18+ years in various industries from agriculture to government and non-profit to pharmaceuticals. She brings extensive leadership experience from the broad spectrum of connections over her career.
Nici graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor's degree in Ag Business. Upon graduation she moved to Southeast Colorado and began a family. She stayed home to raise her family and help with their family farm and ranch operation. When her children were all in school, she was attracted back into the workforce and served as the Director for Economic Development for Phillips County. She still serves on that board and enjoys finding ways to help local businesses and residents in her area. Nici has served as Office Manager as well as her most recent roll as Assistant Administrator for her County.
Nici has actively served on various boards spanning over 20+ years and enjoys developing relationships with those around her.
Nici and her husband, Brian, reside in Holyoke, CO and have been there for over 17 years. Their son, Wyatt is a Deputy in Eastern Colorado. Their oldest daughter, Makenna resides in Wyoming as an auditor for a hotel in Laramie Their youngest daughter, Sloane is attending college at Northeastern Junior College. In her spare time, Nici enjoys spending time with her children and her grandchildren. She also enjoys daily exercise, music, spending time with friends and family, cooking, and activities that allow her to grow spiritually.
