Kasia Kolodziejska has served in the insurance and financial services industry since 2001. During her 20+ years in the industry, Kasia has enjoyed working with individuals, small business owners, and large commercial accounts. Her experience across this broad range of clients and markets provide her great perspective, allowing her to see many opportunities and challenges that are often overlooked when creating comprehensive financial strategies. She loves exploring all aspects of her client’s needs. Kasia takes a holistic approach to financial strategies by factoring both tangible assets and intangible goals and dreams to create solid financial futures.
Originally from Bełchatów, Poland, Kasia speaks both Polish and English natively. She studied Law & Jurisprudence at the University of Lodz in Poland. When she arrived in the United States, she continued her paralegal studies at Northwestern Business College in Chicago, IL. Kasia moved to the Denver, Colorado area in 2009to build a highly recognized multi-line financial services practice where she received several awards for agency growth and client retention.
As the mother of her amazing son, Maxsym, Kasia understands how to work hard and navigate through a world full of potential distractions and unexpected surprises. She has the great ability to begin with the end in mind and is exceptional at multitasking when it comes to managing projects and creating practical roadmaps to reach the goals of both herself and her clients. Kasia has a love of history, the outdoors, fine dining, cooking, and horses. In her free time, you will often find her with Maxsym at museums to look at dinosaurs, or hiking the trails splashing through streams and catching a variety of insects across many the many parks and nature preserves Colorado has to offer. On particularly lucky days, they will find morel or other native mushrooms to harvest and prepare for dinner.
