The ideal Financial Professional will be responsible for:
- Positively impacting culture
- Mentoring new reps through joint work and coaching
- Implementing coaching from leadership
- Doing things for the right reasons
- Connecting his/her personal "why" to serving the needs of clients
- Prospecting, creating, and fostering new client relationships and driving growth
- Serving as a quarterback between client, leadership team and strategic allies
- Providing recommendations around clients' goals and priorities
- Following up with clients through timely and effective direct communication
- Achieving activity goals
- Making financial information relevant and understandable to the client
- Maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to make an impact
The ideal Financial Professional will have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience required in an environment where insurance and protection planning is prevalent
- Ability to create new business opportunities
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- CFP/ChFC a plus
- Life and Health license REQUIRED
- FINRA Series 7, 66 or 65 preferred
- A strong desire to coach lesser experienced advisors and work cases with them through "live fire" training
- Knowledge of eMoney/MoneyGuide/RightCapital, RedTail/Salesforce, WuFoo, LinkedIn, Zoom, and WBC preferred.
- Driven, assertive, organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous
- Well-spoken and articulate
- Ability to prioritize, time block and multitask; can work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Patient, open minded/coachable, relatable, conversational, and able to listen
